Every month I share pages of my creative journal with you.

This month was a quiet month for me journaling wise, I took a couple of weeks holiday to go and visit family and did not do any journaling while away, but was revitalised in other ways - blue skies, salty air, the sun on my skin, gatherings, family, milestones, rest.

I have been thinking a lot about my upcoming course Your Story of Self and decided to create a zine from an old piece of painted paper I had to lay down some questions I want to explore later on. It was a simple act of creative self-care for me. Not a full journal, just a little book, with some thought-provoking questions.
