Every month I share pages of my creative journal with you.
This month was entirely focused on journaling and creating for the filming of my new course - Your Story of Self.
The creation of this journal and the underlying message of this course is to acknowledge that life’s greatest and most important adventure is the journey towards self-discovery and understanding who we really are. This is the sole reason I journal. I am in constant search of understanding of who I am and how I am evolving.
This journal is a place to tell the tender stories inside of you, share the vulnerable experiences you’ve had, and use art and words to foster curiosity and compassion for your unique story of self.
