Make sense of it all? How do we ensure we aren't neglecting our deepest thoughts and needs? How do we reign in the negative self talk? 

The secret to connecting with yourself, understanding your needs in a raw and honest way?

CREATIVITY.

You need to get OUT of your head and INTO your journal.

To release. To process. To see yourself with kind eyes.

Exploring your creativity will gently let you in on yourself. Remind you of your truth and allow you to accept your humanness.

Stop beating yourself up. Stop neglecting your needs. Stop feeding your inner critic.
